SUPERSTARS, LLC, Appellee On Appeal from the 281st District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Case No. 2014-53783 MEMORANDUM OPINION This is an appeal from a judgment signed on April 15, 2016. On October 13, 2016, Insurance Solutions of America and Superstars, LLC filed a joint motion to vacate or set aside the judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties’ settlement agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). No opinion has issued. We grant the parties’ motion. We reverse the trial court’s judgment and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties’ settlement agreement. TEX. R. APP. P. 43.2(d).
