This counsel is presently occupied in completing a Brief in No. 14-1200690, Ricardo Torres v. The State of Texas, in the Fourteenth Court of Appeals. This Brief is due January 14, 2013 on its first extension. Accordingly, Appellant Almanzar requests that the deadline for filing any motion for rehearing or Request for Rehearing En Banc be extended to and including Friday, January 25, 2013.
