See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c). The order followed two extensions granted at appellant’s request and totaling more than ninety days. Despite the cautionary language in our September 3rd order, appellant has not filed his brief or otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
