Appellant explains the appeal is now moot as the trial court has signed an Order Winding Up Receivership, Discharging Receiver, Approving Payments, and Declaring Final Judgment Satisfied. Accordingly, we grant appellant’s motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP.
