In the motion, the parties state they have settled their differences and ask us to vacate the trial court’s judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court with instructions to dismiss the case with prejudice. We GRANT the parties’ motion, VACATE the trial court’s September 26, 2017 judgment without regard to the merits, and REMAND the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. See TEX. R. APP.
