In the motion, the parties state they have settled their differences and ask us to vacate the trial court’s judgment and dismiss the case, including all claims and counterclaims in the trial court. We GRANT the parties’ motion, VACATE the trial court’s June 8, 2017 judgment without regard to the merits, and DISMISS the case, including all claims and counterclaims in the trial court. See TEX. R. APP.
