On February 14, 2018, after appellant had failed to comply, we notified him by postcard that he had ten days to file the brief along with an extension motion that complied with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.5(b). See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.5(b). We cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the brief and extension motion would result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice. See id. 38.8(a)(1). To date, however, appellant has not complied. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
