Appellant filed her notice of appeal July 25, 2017. We abated the appeal for the trial court to appoint appellate counsel. Appellant appeared at the hearing and informed the trial court that, after talking to her trial counsel, appellant no longer wished to appeal. In light of this information, we submitted the case without briefs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no issues are before us.
