The parties have informed the Court that they have settled their differences and ask that we set aside the trial court’s judgment and remand this case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties’ agreement. We grant the parties’ motion, set aside the trial court’s judgment signed on October 7, 2015 1 without regard to the merits and remand this case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties’ agreement. See TEX. R. APP.
