By letter dated January 6, 2016, we informed appellant that the Dallas County District Clerk notified the Court that the clerk’s record had not been filed because appellant had not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the clerk’s record. We directed appellant to provide verification of payment or arrangements to pay for the clerk’s record or written documentation that appellant had been found to be entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We expressly cautioned appellant that if the Court did not receive the required documentation within the time specified, we would dismiss the appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has not provided the requested documentation or otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of this appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. TEX. R. APP.
