S In The Court of Appeals Fifth District of Texas at Dallas No. 05-12-00051-CV IN THE INTEREST OF E.L.B., A CHILD On Appeal from the 366th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 366-52691-07 MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Justices FitzGerald, Lang-Miers, and Murphy Opinion by Justice Murphy This appeal arises out of an order in a suit to modify the parent child relationship, signed by the trial court on October 19, 2011. After the appeal was submitted, we abated the appeal and ordered the parties to attend mediation. The parties have jointly filed a Mediated Settlement Agreement in which they informed the Court they have agreed to settle their dispute.
