        On October 11, 2011, this Court granted relator's motion for leave to file a petition for writ of mandamus. To date, no petition has been filed by relator. Accordingly, we DISMISS these causes for want of prosecution. See In re Continental Elec. Corp., No. 05-03-01410, 2003 WL 22435156, at *1 (Tex.
