MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, Francis, and Lang-Miers

By letter dated August 16, 2011, we informed appellant the $175
filing fee was due and instructed appellant to file the fee within ten
days. We cautioned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would
result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date,
appellant has not paid the filing fee, paid for the clerk's record, and
other than filing a docketing statement on August 26, 2011, has not
otherwise corresponded with the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P.
42.3(b)(c).
