MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, Richter, and Murphy
Opinion By Justice Bridges

By letter dated April 13, 2011, we informed appellant the
$175.00 filing fee was due and instructed him to file the fee within ten
days. We cautioned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would
result in dismissal of the appeal. Also by letter dated April 13, 2011,
we notified appellant his docketing statement was due and that failure
to file a proper docketing statement within ten days might result in
dismissal of his appeal. By letters dated June 14, 2011, we notified
appellant that both the clerk's and the reporter's records were overdue.
On June 22, 2011, the district clerk informed the Court that the clerk's
record was being held for non-payment. On July 14, 2011, the court
reporter notified the Court appellant had not requested the reporter's
record. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a
docketing statement, notified the Court that he has paid or made
arrangements to pay for the clerk's or reporter's records, or otherwise
corresponded with the Court.

Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P.
42.3(b)(c).
