JESSE IRVIN PENIX, Appellant
V.
THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee
.............................................................
On Appeal from the 86th Judicial District Court
Kaufman County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 24039-86
.............................................................
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices O'Neill, Richter, and Lang-Miers
Jesse Irvin Penix pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court sentenced appellant to ten years' imprisonment. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification, which states both that the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal and that appellant waived his right to appeal, is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex. Crim. App. 2005); Blanco v. State, 18 S.W.3d 218 (Tex. Crim. App. 2000). We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
