MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices O'Neill and Myers
By letter dated October 19, 2010, the Court notified appellants that their brief is overdue. We directed appellants to file, within ten days, both their brief and an extension motion. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellants have neither filed their brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
