MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Morris, Francis, and Murphy
        By letter dated October 19, 2010, the Court notified appellant that her brief was overdue. We directed appellant to file both her brief and an extension motion within ten days, and we warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellant has neither filed her brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
