MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices O'Neill and Myers
        By letter dated June 23, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County Clerk had informed us appellant has not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with either verification she has paid for the record or that she is entitled to proceed without payment for the record. We warned that failure to comply may result in dismissal of the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). To date, appellant has not provided payment verification, nor has she otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
