MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices O'Neill, Richter, and Lang-Miers
Appellant filed a brief that is deficient. By letter dated September 21, 2010, the Court identified the deficiencies in appellant's brief and directed appellant to file, within ten days, an amended brief that corrected the deficiencies and complied with the rules of appellate procedure. We warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 38.9(a), 42.3(a), (c). To date, appellant has neither filed an amended brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we strike the deficient brief filed by appellant and dismiss the appeal.
