MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Moseley, Bridges, and Fillmore
By order dated October 20, 2009, the Court ordered appellant to file his brief within thirty days. When his brief was not filed by December 11, 2009, we sent appellant a letter directing him to file both his brief and an extension motion within ten days. We further warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3. To date, appellant has neither filed his brief nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding his appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a), 42.3(b).
