MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices O'Neill, Richter, and Lang-Miers

On January 29, 2004, the Court abated the appeal due to appellant's filing of bankruptcy. On June 6, 2010, we sent a letter to the parties inquiring about the status of the bankruptcy proceedings. When we did not receive a response by July 26, 2010, we sent a second letter inquiring about the status of the bankruptcy proceedings. Our July 26 letter warned that failure to respond would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, appellant has not responded to the Court's letters. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
