        On September 14, 2009, appellant Locus Telecommunications, Inc. filed a notice of appeal in this case. On September 15, 2009, we notified appellant that its notice of appeal was defective, that it had failed to file a docketing statement, and that this case could be dismissed if appellant failed to correct these errors. To date, appellant has failed to (1) file an amended notice of appeal; (2) file a docketing statement; and (3) otherwise communicate with the Court regarding this appeal.
        Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c); Appendix A to the Tex. R. App. P. (B)(1)(a).
