MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Moseley, FitzGerald, and Lang-Miers
        By letter dated August 20, 2009, this Court notified appellant that the filing fee for the appeal was due. We directed appellant to pay the filing fee within ten days. We warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex.
