MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Moseley, FitzGerald, and Lang-Miers
The Court has before it appellants' November 9, 2009 motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellants state that appellees will be filing dismissal notices in the trial court, which will render the appeal moot. Appellants ask that we dismiss the appeal so that the trial court may complete the dismissal process. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
