OPINION

Before Justices Whittington, Bridges, and Lang-Miers
Opinion By Justice Whittington

A jury convicted Semonte Charles Bogar of deadly conduct and aggravated assault on a security officer. The jury assessed punishment at twenty years' imprisonment for deadly conduct and forty years' imprisonment and a $5000 fine for aggravated assault. In two points of error, appellant contends the trial court's judgments should be modified to reflect the correct name of the judge who presided over the proceedings. The State agrees the trial court's judgments should be modified.
The trial court's judgment in each case recites the judge presiding is the Honorable Tracy Holmes. However, the records show the Honorable Faith Johnson presided over the proceedings. Thus, the trial court's judgments are incorrect. We sustain appellant's points of error.
We modify the trial court's judgment in each case to show the judge presiding is the Honorable Faith Johnson. Tex. R. App. P. 43.2(b); Bigley v. State, 865 S.W.2d 26, 27-28 (Tex. Crim. App. 1993); Asberry v. State, 813 S.W.2d 526, 529-30 (Tex. App.-Dallas 1991, pet. ref'd).
As modified, we affirm the trial court's judgment in each case.
