Appellant’s counsel represents in the motion that Appellant no longer wishes to pursue this appeal and has instructed him to file said dismissal motion; the motion bears Appellant’s signature. We have not yet issued an opinion in this case. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). Any pending motions are denied as moot. GINA M.
