PAWNEE LEASING CORPORATION, Appellee. MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellants, Manuel Arturo Hernandez and Dump Bodies, Inc., have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(a) (governing voluntary dismissals). Appellants represent in their motion that all issues in dispute have been settled, including all issues forming the basis of this appeal. Accordingly, we grant Appellants’ unopposed motion and dismiss this appeal. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(a), 43.2(f). There being no agreement between the parties otherwise,1 court costs are taxed against Appellants. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(d) (court to tax costs against appellant absent agreement of the parties).
