The motion does not purport to affect the appeal concerning Appellant Hibernia Energy III, LLC’s (Hibernia’s) claims against Appellee. We grant the motion and dismiss the portion of the appeal concerning TRP and Appellee only. Costs of this appeal are taxed against Appellant. See TEX.R.APP.P. 42.1(d).
