County Court at Law No. 5 § JOSE LUIS RIOS RAMIREZ, SR., VELIA RIOS RAMIREZ AND JOSE LUIS RIOS RAMIREZ, JR., of El Paso County, Texas § (TC# 2017-DCV1893) § Appellees. MEMORANDUM OPINION Edith Roman is appealing from a default judgment. In a separate original proceeding (cause number 08-17-00223-CV), Roman sought mandamus relief based on her claim that the default judgment is not final. See In re Edith Roman and Alejandro Hernandez, No. 08-17-00223-CV (Tex.App.--El Paso February 7, 2018, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
