No. 08-17-00210-CV AN ORIGINAL PROCEEDING ' ON PETITION FOR ' WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS ' MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator, Dino Coronado, filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus against the Honorable Guadalupe Rivera, Presiding Judge of the 383rd District Court of El Paso County, Texas, challenging an order of contempt entered in cause number 2003CM7700. Respondent notified the Court that she has set aside the order of enforcement by contempt, suspension of commitment, and the order to appear. Finding that this original proceeding has become moot, we dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction. See In re County of El Paso, 104 S.W.3d 741, 743 (Tex.App.--El Paso 2003, orig. proceeding).
