OPINION ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
Relator, Edward O. Bufkin, Jr., asks this Court to issue a writ of mandamus against Respondent, the Honorable Marilea Lewis, Judge of the 330th District Court of Dallas County.
