On page 4, first full paragraph beginning with “Attorney Mann . . .,” the fourth sentence
should read: “While the counselor displayed an obligation of loyalty to his client, he answered
questions directly, out of a commitment to his oath.”
On page 10, first paragraph, fifth line down, the first full sentence should read: “It seems
that any alleged prejudicial concerns would have been an immediate concern for him in 1998,
and should have been raised seasonably.”
