MEMORANDUM BY BENDER, J.: FILED MAY 02, 2013 Appellant, Jose R. Hernandez, appeals from the judgment of sentence of nine to twenty years incarceration, imposed after he was convicted by a jury of various offenses including attempted murder and aggravated assault. Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his attempted murder conviction, as well as the trial court s denial of his motion for a mistrial. We affirm. We have examined the certified record, Appellant s brief, and the applicable law.1 Additionally, we have reviewed the thorough and well- reasoned opinion of the Honorable Ramy I. Djerassi of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.
