Pennsylvania State Troopers Association, Respondent : : : : : : : : No. 105 C.D. 2009 ORDER AND NOW, this 18th day of September, 2009, upon reconsideration, the July 28, 2009, order of this court is amended to read as follows: AND NOW, this 28th day of July, 2009, it is hereby ordered that: (1) the honorable discharge provision of the interest arbitration award, dated December 24, 2008, is affirmed; and (2) the union leave provision of the award is vacated to the extent it requires, Union officers released from duty pursuant to State law shall be paid by the Commonwealth at an amount designated by the [Association] Board of Directors, not to exceed the rate of the highest ranking member of the bargaining unit with appropriate longevity. ___________________________________ ROCHELLE S.
