Based on the evidence presented, Plaintiff s Complaint was filed more than 30 days from the date of mailing of the BOPTA Order. Defendant s Motion to Dismiss is granted. The parties discussed the information Defendant requires to make an accurate estimate of the value of personal property. Plaintiff stated that he would pursue an informal discussion with Defendant for tax year 2008-09 and, if necessary, petition BOPTA.
