IN THE OREGON TAX COURT MAGISTRATE DIVISION Property Tax YOUNG AHN dba ELK CLEANERS, Plaintiff, v. MULTNOMAH COUNTY ASSESSOR, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) TC-MD 070732D DECISION OF DISMISSAL This matter is before the court on its own motion to dismiss this case for want of prosecution. A case management conference was scheduled on December 6, 2007, to consider Plaintiffs appeal. On November 6, 2007, notice of the case management conference was sent to Plaintiffs at 3416 NE 126th, Portland, OR 97230, which was the address Plaintiffs provided to the court with the first Complaint. The notice was not returned as undeliverable. Plaintiff did not appear at the case management conference, and there was no explanation for Plaintiffs failure to appear.
