The court verified the Order had been sent to the correct address. That Order was issued to obtain certain information from Plaintiff that would have been received at the April 17, 2006, telephonic status conference. However, the April 17, 2006, status conference was canceled because Plaintiff s representative was not ready for the proceeding, indicating that he had not received the court s notice of that proceeding. /// /// /// /// DECISION and JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL TC-MD 050707C Under such circumstances, the court finds the appeal must be dismissed for want of prosecution.
