On March 29, 2005, Plaintiff filed his Complaint challenging Defendant s Notice of Proposed Adjustment and/or Distribution for the 2003 tax year. After reviewing Plaintiff s appeal, Defendant agrees to provide Plaintiff with the relief requested. Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for judgment. Now, therefore, IT IS ADJUDGED as follows: For tax year 2003, Defendant shall cancel its Notice of Proposed Adjustment and/or Distribution, dated January 7, 2005, to reflect a refund due of $180 with statutory interest.
