Now, therefore, IT IS ADJUDGED that, for tax year 2003, Defendant shall cancel its Notice of Tax Assessment, dated October 11, 2004; and IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that Defendant shall refund or otherwise credit to Plaintiff a refund of $52 plus a payment of $20, with interest.
