Plaintiffs request is based on the fact that they did not petition the county board of property tax appeals (board) and they lack good and sufficient cause 1 for their failure to do so. Moreover, O Brien acknowledges that there is not a 20 percent error in the value of their onefifth interest in the condominium unit that is the subject of this appeal. Accordingly, O Brien determined it was not prudent to proceed. Now therefore, IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that this matter be dismissed.
