During the conference, Plaintiff agreed to withdraw his appeal if Defendant corrected the tax roll for tax year 2002-03. On July 18, 2003, Defendant notified the court and Plaintiffs that the real market value and assessed value of Plaintiffs' property for tax year 2002-03 have been corrected. Because the parties are in agreement, the court finds the case should be dismissed. Now, therefore, IT IS ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this matter be dismissed.
