IN THE OREGON TAX COURT MAGISTRATE DIVISION Property Tax GLEN E. NICHOL, Plaintiff, v. MARION COUNTY ASSESSOR, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) TC-MD 021155B DECISION A case management conference was convened on January 28, 2003. Glen E. Nichol participated on his own behalf. Richard K. Kreitzer represented Defendant. This concerns certain farm property identified in the Marion County tax records as Account R28702.
