IN THE OREGON TAX COURT MAGISTRATE DIVISION Property Tax HOLLY JEAN KROM and DAVID WILLIAM KROM, Plaintiffs, v. MULTNOMAH COUNTY ASSESSOR, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) TC-MD 021044C DECISION Pursuant to the court s Order filed April 17, 2003, Plaintiffs appeal is dismissed for failure to appear or respond to the court s Order. As indicated in that Order, the appeal involves a farm use disqualification based on Defendant s determination that Plaintiffs did not meet the income requirements of the statute.
