IN THE OREGON TAX COURT MAGISTRATE DIVISION Property Tax LEO EDWARDS and SHARI EDWARDS, Plaintiffs, v. On January 7, 2003, Defendant wrote to the court stating that it was prepared to recommend that the real market value of the subject property be lowered to $287,330. On January 21, 2003, Plaintiffs wrote to the court. In their letter, Plaintiffs wrote that after giving Defendant's proposal "much thought" they "decided to accept Ms Maul's Recommendation of the RMV of $287,330.00."
