A case management conference was held July 10, 2002. Defendant agreed to reduce the maximum assessed value for Plaintiffs' property, identified by Account No. R272485, for tax year 2001-02. Plaintiffs agreed to submit a written request to withdraw their appeal after receiving the refund check from Defendant. The court contacted Defendant on August 13, 2002, and was notified the refund had been issued. As of this date, Plaintiffs have not contacted the court regarding the withdrawal.
