LANE COUNTY ASSESSOR, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) No. 020114D DECISION AND JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL This matter is before the court on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, filed March 11, 2002. In Plaintiff s Complaint, filed on February 27, 2002, Plaintiff requested that the county amend its record to remove a clerical error noted on her account and properly apply her property taxes paid in November, 2001. Defendant s Motion stated that it granted Plaintiff s requested relief. Further, Defendant stated that Plaintiff s account was paid in full. Defendant requested that the court dismiss Plaintiff s appeal and issue a judgment. Because Plaintiff has received the relief she requested, the court finds the case should be dismissed.
