MULTNOMAH COUNTY ASSESSOR, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) No. 020072A DECISION AND JUDGMENT On June 27, 2002, this court entered a Journal Entry telling of its efforts to schedule proceedings in this matter and the difficulties it was experiencing in engaging Ms. Rogers in her appeal. That Journal Entry is incorporated by reference in this Decision and Judgment. The Journal Entry went on to call upon Ms. Rogers to contact the court and pursue her appeal. The Journal Entry told of the consequences should she fail to do so. To date, the court has not heard from Ms. Rogers. This appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
