Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for decision. Now, therefore, IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that the additional taxes on Account No. R238319, to be added to this November's 2002-2003 tax bill for past years shall be reduced to $2,613.56. IT IS FURTHER DECIDED that the county shall correct the assessment and tax rolls to reflect the above values.
