The court misstated the real market value agreed to by the parties. The court finds it has the authority to correct the mistake. See MDR 17. Now, therefore, IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real market value of the property described as Account No. 0571800 was $110,000, as stipulated for the 199899, 1999-00 and 2000-01 tax years. IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the county shall correct the assessment and tax rolls to reflect the above values. Any refund due following this correction shall be promptly paid with statutory interest pursuant to ORS 311.806 and 311.812.
