On February 28, 2001, Plaintiff filed his Complaint challenging Defendant's Notice of Refund Allocation for the 1999 tax year. After reviewing Plaintiff's appeal Defendant agrees to provide Plaintiff with the relief requested. Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for judgment. Now, therefore, IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED AND DECREED this case is reactivated. IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED AND DECREED that for tax year 1999, Defendant shall revise its Notice of Refund Allocation, dated June 2, 2000, to reflect a refund due of $4,669 with statutory interest.
